What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight, and a delay never costs extra. Your driver adjusts and is waiting when you come through arrivals.
How long will the driver wait for me?
At the airport, 60 minutes free from the actual landing time. Everywhere else, 15 minutes.
When do I get my driver's details?
A day before your ride we send the driver's name, phone number and the car's plates.
How can I pay?
Our team confirms every booking by email or SMS, and you pay after that: by card through the secure link in your confirmation, by bank transfer with the details it gives, by crypto through a link from our team, or in cash to your driver, or at our office for a rental.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your ride. After that, the booking is not refunded.
